This agreement is a legal contract between you and DGY VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

Once you download or use the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or associated trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or develop derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or service fees, and material changes will be communicated appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may cause app failure or security risks and is not recommended.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the applicable terms of those providers.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, poor signal, or carrier restrictions, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, the resulting charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, loss of access due to device battery depletion is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we do not assume legal responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install required versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice.
